Zoho in GenAI — Zoho said it integrates OpenAI with its Artificial engine Zia thereby strengthening generative artificial intelligence capabilities.

“Generative AI is the latest step along with the company's innovation roadmap, blending third-party intelligence with Zia, Zoho's AI engine, which runs on Zoho's secure cloud," the statement said.

This integration model greatly improves customer experience, adds considerable value, and protects user privacy better, The fusion of ChatGPT's generative AI with our homegrown AI features will provide users with a more intuitive, efficient, and secure experience, reflecting Zoho's deep R&D first culture.

Paytm will be at the forefront of the AI revolution — Paytm founder and CEO, Vijay Shekhar Sharma, has expressed his belief that artificial intelligence (AI) will open up new opportunities and improve efficiencies in businesses.

In a note to shareholders, Sharma claimed that Paytm will be at the forefront of the AI revolution, especially with the advent of early-stage AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) in 2023.

He compared AI to smartphones 10 years ago and assured shareholders that Paytm will embrace technology and build a world-class technology company in India. Sharma also emphasized the significance of in-house built technology for risk management and controls as a significant competitive advantage.

India is at 5th place — India ranked fifth in terms of investments received by startups offering Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based products and services last year, according to Stanford University’s annual AI Index report.

Total investments in AI startups in India stood at $3.24 billion in 2022, placing it ahead of South Korea, Germany, Canada, and Australia, among others.

Others on the list are the US, China, the UK, and Israel.
